*50% deposit required at the time of booking. If the hunt is cancelled by June 1 for deer, 30% of the deposit will be returned. If the hunt is cancelled prior to 60 days of the scheduled hunt date, 10% of the deposit with be returned. If a hunt is cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled hunt, no deposit will be returned.
**Lodging and food included. FOR RIFLE HUNTS ONLY.
*Lodging is included on all archery and muzzleloading hunts but food is not provided. Hotel rooms are in a limited quantity and will be reserved at time of booking. Cancellation fees of $350 will be applied towards lodging if the hunt is cancelled by the client within 60 days of the scheduled hunt.
*Hunters are responsible for all tags and habitat stamps. All AddyCon Outfitter hunts include a free youth hunt (12-15 years old for deer hunts (ANTERLESS ONLY), 0-15 years for turkey hunts) with the booking of an adult. Valid copy of hunters/bow hunters safety is required prior to purchasing tags from the Nebraska Games and Parks Commission (www.ngpc.state.ne.us). Restricted statewide tags can be purchased for $521+ habitat stamp for rifle and restricted statewide tags for archery/muzzleloading can be purchased for $209 + habitat stamp.
*Hunters are responsible for payment of meat processing and transportation to the ranch. Arrangements can be made for pick-up at the North Platte Airport for an additional $200 per hunter.
*Non-hunting companions can be accomodated for $100 per day if they elect NOT to accompany the hunting party in the field. Non-hunting companions can accompany the hunting party in the field for the rate of $850 for the duration of the hunt.
% LODGING AND FOOD IS NOT INLCLUDED ON ANY TURKEY HUNT. Accomodations will be arranged at the time of booking and will be the responsibility of the hunter for payment.
